STUDENT & FAMILY CENTER
The seminary currently lacks a gathering space that is solely for students and their families. Because we share space with The Shepherd’s Church, we find that these spaces are often being used by other ministry groups. The new facility will include a Student & Family Center that can be utilized day and night by our students. It will include a spacious café and activity center where students can relax, study and connect with others.
This space will also allow us to expand The Heart Study. This is a highly regarded discipleship program that combines one-on-one discipleship for students, as well as couples discipleship for married students. It also includes fun activities that single students, as well as married students and their families participate in together. Because of current space limitations on the church campus, The Heart Study is only available for students in the one-year masters program. The new facility will allow the seminary to offer this to all students.
