EXPANSION OF CLASSROOMS & ACADEMIC COURSES

We are currently located on the campus of The Shepherd’s Church, which has graciously shared its facilities since we opened our doors. But we’ve maxed out available space and no room for expansion. The number of classrooms imposes limitations, including the number of courses we can offer per semester. A new facility will allow us to spread our wings wider as we open new doors (literally) for more classrooms, more academic courses, more faculty, and most importantly, more services for students.

A new facility will also allow us to retrofit all our classrooms with the latest technology for synchronous distance learning, which is better suited for hybrid teaching and learning situations. Students are able to Zoom directly into a live classroom and interact with not only the professor, but with fellow students, including those in-person and those in other remote locations. But in order to facilitate at this level, each classroom must be equipped with the appropriate cameras, microphones, monitors, and speakers that allows the professor to concentrate on teaching and managing the class without hardware issues.
